Abstract

The article presents information on the case of a 78-year-old man who was presented to hospital with epigastric pain. It has been concluded that gadolinium is a reasonable alternative to iodine-based endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) contrast in patients with severe iodine allergy.
