Abstract: In the present paper, we investigate theoretically and experimentally the structural and optical properties of cadmium oxide semiconductor. The reflectance and transmittance spectra in the [1.5 - 3.5]eV range of a thin CdO film prepared by spray pyrolysis has been carried out.
