THE LONG AND WINDING ROAD TO CANNABIS LEGALIZATION.

In this article, the author comments on the study conducted by J. P. Caulkins and colleagues on legalizating of cannabis drug uses. He mentions legalization will affect only effect cannabis use in terms of price. According to the Australian data, lower price decreases the age of initiation. Further he mentions it is difficult to gain idea about the consequences of legalization until and unless the world legalize cannabis uses.
