Proposed Information Collection; Comment Request.

The article presents information on a notice submitted by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) to the U.S. Office of Management and Budget to request information collection (ICR) for reduction of litigation cost of the OSHRC's Settlement Part program and to ensure job security to the program employees.
