Abstract
- The article explores the regionalization of television broadcasting in East Asia. It highlights the emergence of different popular cultures in the region. It discusses the penetration of Korean and Japanese popular culture into Huaren communities, including China. In addition, the article describes China's motivation to export its popular culture.
