Abstract
- The article presents information on the final income tax regulations made by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service of the U.S. Department of Treasury regarding the foreign tax credits and legal responsibilities of the taxpayers. As mentioned, the proposed regulations provide the guidelines related to the complete information of the tax payers and the person with tax liabilities. As stated, the regulations will be effective from February 14, 2012.
