Diamond Sawblades and Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Intent To Rescind Review in Part.

The article presents information on a notice issued by the U.S. Import Administration of the U.S. International Trade Administration and the U.S. Department of Commerce (DoC) to declare an administrative review (AR) of the antidumping duty order on diamond sawblades and parts being imported from the People's Republic of China. As per the notice, the AR has been declared according to the U.S. Tariff Act of 1930. The AR will become effective of December 6, 2012.
