Abstract: The article presents information of a notice issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with an intention to provide specific national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants in Nevada. As per the notice, the revision has been proposed in accordance with the U.S. Clean Air Act and the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations. According to the notice, the EPA has invited public comments related to the revision of the SIP till March 28, 2012.
