Abstract
- The article presents information on a notice issued by the U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) regarding delay in processing of special permit applications filed by several companies including Rhodia Inc., Arkema Inc. and Riceland Foods Inc. It discusses the reasons for delay and the expected completion date for action on each application.
