Abstract
- The article reports that the public sector bosses have a poor relations with their workforce in Great Britain, according to a survey by Vista Communications Inc. The company circulated senior management in central government, the national health service, local authorities and the nationalized industries. It turned out that the local and health authorities are the poorest communicators. Health authorities seemed least inclined to do any briefing of junior management and employees. None of the respondents claimed that communication between employees and management were non-existent.
