The effect of iron deficiency anaemia and its treatment on the absorption of sulphadimidine has been investigated in adult patients. The absorption judged by total % of the dose excreted in urine and C, t, AUC and Kabs in plasma, was not significantly different before and after iron therapy or correction of anaemia.
