Abstract: A simple method for the Chromatographic separation of inorganic cations in mixtures and in biological media in the order of 0.15 to 0.2 µg. has been described. Different spray reagents for the detection of the cations and also their R values in three solvent mixtures, N-butanol-acetic acid-water, aqueous collidine, and aqueous lutidine have been reported.
