The article focuses on the problem of Agrostis stolonifera or creeping bentgrass in the many golf courses in the U.S. It mentions that the creeping bentgrass is a turfgrass pathogen that is associated with etiolation, yellowing, and necrosis. It states that its unique symptom is similar to those exhibited by annual bluegrass.
