Abstract
- The article reports on the approval of the integrated development plan for 2012 by the Eritrean government. The move came following the presentation of a working paper by President Issayas Afewerki that outlined the country's political, socio-economic, and cultural strategy. The country has plans to expand electrification and reinforce power-generating resources.
