IR-Reflecting Pigments.

The article describes recent findings in car refinish paints and plasters for architectural insulation systems. It details the heat build-up effect of different pigments and in multi-layer system as well as heat build-up effect in a composite thermal insulation system. The article also presents a new dark infrared (IR)-reflecting pigment combining jetness and a neutral colour shade with high solar reflection.
