In this article, the author discusses the role of health education in addressing uncertainity about health and cell phone use. It highlights the role of health educators when scientific uncertainty exists about the emerging topics including emerging health risks associated with lifestyle changes. It investigates the incidence of cancer initiated by hand-held cellular phone use and other health impacts.
