Abstract

A very rare form of 'mesomelic dysplasia' with 'normal or relatively long fibula', mild micrognathia, symmetrical brachymetatarsals (IV-V), is described in a 6-year-old female. This supports the concept that this entity is separate from types of same osteo-dysplasia. The radiological differential diagnosis from 'dyschondrosteosis' is discussed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
