Abstract
- The article focuses on people's participation in planning. The author says political literature is full of authors or politicians who value the masses or the people, which is even practiced in governments that are claiming to rule by divine right and the People's Democracies. In church levels, there are different levels of people, which includes church leaders, the people of God and the wider community. He concludes that popular participation in planning must be included from the very start.
