Abstract
- The article focuses on openly gay and lesbian servicemembers in the U.S. military. Topics include the repeal of the Don't Ask, Don't Tell (DADT) rules, a citizen's legal and constitutional right to serve in the U.S. military, and gay rights movements in the U.S. in 2011. The author discusses whether or not gay people should participate in military service in the U.S.
