Abstract
- The article focuses on the African National Congress (ANC), the liberation revolutionary movement that began in South Africa by founders Thomas Maphikela and Nelson Mandela. Information is provided on the annual ANC celebration held in Bloemfontein, South Africa, which aims to further equality. It is noted that even though apartheid ended in 1994, the country is marked by a racial divide due to enduring prejudice and economic inequality. The author explores how the ANC-led government has been marked by corruption and abuses of power.
