Abstract
- The article presents a summary of the report entitled "Monitoring and Evaluation for Adaptation: Lessons From Development Co-operation Agencies." It says that the paper is the first empirical assessment of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks used by development co-operation agencies for their programs and projects. According to the author, the analysis reviewed documents for 106 projects and programs. Examples of climate change funds and programs are also presented.
