Abstract
- Presents a study that obtained simultaneous chest X ray, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure and pulmonary artery oxygen saturation measurements from patients with acute myocardial infarction. Correlation of the severity of radiologic abnormalities with pulmonary wedge pressure; Occurrence of serious misinterpretation of left ventricular failure by X-ray criteria in the presence of preclinical failure and hypoxemia; Appearance of individual radiologic criteria of left ventricular failure.
