Abstract

An essay is presented on the author's arrival in London, England for the stage-coach event for baronet Roger de Coverley's death. It notes that the said stage-coach will carry Mrs. Betty who is the great fortune, a recruiting officer, and Ephraim the Quaker who is a guardian, among the many. He also offers his views that the journey was not spent in impertinences in which to one part of it might be entertaining while the other one was a suffering.
