Presents a case of hypersensitivity and pulmonary vasculitis associated with eosinophilia in a patient taking an L-tryptophan preparation. Cause of the eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome; Phatogenesis of a peripheral eosinophilia with pneumonitis; Factor which could contribute to a decrease in the incidence of the syndrome.
