Abstract
- The article describes methods of teaching sales management at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts. A discussion is presented about the types of students entering sales management programs in both traditional college courses and adult evening courses. Details related to the selection of faculty for business courses and the goals of the program. The author stresses the importance of experimentation by both students and faculty in order to train sales managers who keep open minds and are aware of the countless problems in the sales business.
