Abstract
- The article examines the impact of technological innovations on business enterprises in the United States. The limited number of inventors in the country and their contributions to technological development is analyzed, along with an official recognition of need for technical innovation. The author discusses why inventors and researchers in small companies, large corporations, and military labs find it difficult to sell truly innovative products to the United States military, and details the resistance to innovation in military and business organizations.
