Abstract

The article discusses the truth and myths found in the advertising of alkaline remedies. According to the author the advertisements of alkaline remedies are nearly always inaccurate, which is probably due to the ignorance and indifference of the writers of the advertisements. The author points out 44 facts about the advertising of alkaline remedies and subjects related to the advertising of alkaline remedies. Some of the topics he looks at include basic medicinal facts, basic psychological facts about advertising drugs, and economic aspects of the misleading advertising.
