Abstract: The article reports on the acquisition of Knight & Carver Maritime by Arc Lite Power LLC in California. It states that the 30 million dollars deal will expand the capabilities of both companies to serve the emerging green marine market. According to Jack McCoy of Arc Lite Power, the marine hybrid systems company has expanded tremendously since its creation in 2010.
