Abstract
- The article presents a notice issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regarding the proposed amendments in the procedures to be followed in the performance of inspections of motor vehicle emissions. Several repealed procedures are presented including renewal emissions inspection stickers or certificates, change of assigned test month, and low emissions tuneups. Definitions of several terms and process including accuracy, drift and fuel cap leak flow tester are presented.
