Abstract

The article presents a study which validates data product of the Michelson Interferometer for Passive Atmospheric Sounding (MIPAS) during the MOHAVE-2009 campaign measurements 2009 in Pasadena, California. The study used MIPAS observations of temperature, water vapor, and ozone from the ground to the mesosphere. Results show no significant biases in the middle stratosphere but were found to be biased below the tropopause.
