Abstract

The article presents the author's views on the theoretical approach and principles of governance relevant to business communication in the U.S. It notes that the increasing dynamism and the complexities of businesses have prompted to conduct periodical analyses on its condition. The significance of identify and appraise the contributions of business communications to achieve economic-financial and competitive results to further optimize investments are also highlighted.
