A two-dimensional inverse problem of viscoelasticity.

The article discusses an inverse problem of viscoelasticity. It considers two settings of the problem of specifying a function which differ in form and information given by the solution of a direct problem. It notes that in one setting, it is relegated with many observation questions. It points out the determination of a kernel function under assumption similar to the viscolelasticity system equations. Furthermore, the assumption considerably simplifies analysis on it and does not justified from the point of view of mathematical applications.
