Abstract
- The author discusses the findings of the Rarer Cancers Foundation (RCF), a cancer charity, which estimates that cancer patients in England are five times more likely than those in Wales, and three times more likely than those in Scotland, to receive access to life-extending treatments. The RCF has urged the governments of Scotland and Wales to urgently work at improving accessibility of patients to such forms of treatment, and is willing to offer its support.
