Abstract
- The article focuses on the choke point between water scarcity and energy demand in China. It states that the water problems such as scarcity and pollution threaten the health of the people, economy, and environment. It says that the Twelfth Five-Year Plan indicate the intention of China to reduce its carbon emissions and become more energy efficient.
