The outlook for the period 2012-2016 are explored, including its fiscal policy, the six-party formed in June 2011 and inflation. The 2012 budget was presented by the coalition government to parliament on October 15, 2011, which included expenditure cuts, indirect tax increases and reforms to direct taxation.
