Abstract
- The article highlights the legal issues that have evolved since the creation of the fourth generation peer-to-peer (4G P2P) Internet file transmission technology particularly in the copyright era. It explores the similar characteristics between the method of file transmission and traditional broadcasting. The importance of studying the technology together with defining rights of the author over the 4G P2P is explained.
