Abstract
- The article reports that the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has stated that Raytheon Co.'s advanced electronics system has met a milestone for the Long Range Radar Service Life Extension Program (SLEP). It reports that the SLEP provides an upgrade of aging radar electronics. As stated, the decision by FAA has paved the way for production deployments.
