Examines the effects of resistance training on hematological and selected indices of iron status in women aged 54-71 years and men aged 56-69 years. Effects of high dose chromium picolinate supplementation on body composition and glucose metabolism in older individuals; Dietary energy and iron intakes of older men and women before and after weeks of resistance training; Blood biochemical indices of iron status of older men and women.
