III RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER RESEARCH: PARTICULAR SECTORS OF THE CAPITAL MARKET.

The article presents the third section of a report by the National Bureau of Economic Research, which deals with an exploration of the flow of funds through the stock market, the secondary market, over-the-counter market, and securities exchanges. It is noted that there is little data available on the financial backing of small businesses. It is also felt that research on the new-issues market is also inadequate, particularly the amount of stock being issued and whether it is common or preferred stock.
