Abstract

The article focuses on Romanticism which refers to change in the material, treatment, technical methods and ideals of art which was made in France. It provides an overview of the causes of romanticism which is transmission as part of French influence, Germany, Europe and England. Moreover, several works of various painters including Jean François Millet, Jean Baptiste Camille Corot and Narcisse Virgile Diaz are also presented.
