Abstract
- The article reports on issues concerning the cost of fair housing settlement at Westchester County, New York. It states that the cost has expanded to about 25 million dollars and could increase to 43 million dollars. According to Peekskill, New York mayor Mary Foster, she was not surprised that the cost of the overall program is increasing because the settlement seems to build affordable housing in communities that are not really needed to build a lot of residential units to begin with.
