Abstract
- The article, the author discusses the use of metrics in most digital signage applications and in the retail industry. He says that he has been discussing the topic with Laura Davis-Taylor. He always held that most digital signage application and retail space should not be based on metrics. He mentions that in-store metrics are the legendary endeavor of digital advertising and retail marketing, but these metrics demands strict accountability.
