- Comments on the 'Canadian Medical Association Journal' series on health and the environment. Discussion of the impact of exposure to outdoor air pollution, lead, pesticides, persistent organic pollutants such as DDT and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB), and carbon monoxide; Idea that the series will help health care professionals learn practical strategies for identifying, investigating, and managing the health effects of exposure to environmental contaminants.
