Abstract
- Tetracosactrin has been administered to six healthy dexamethasone-suppressed subjects by nasal insufflation. The pronounced increase of the plasma fluorogenic corticosteroids suggests that the peptide is well absorbed by this route. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
