Abstract
- The article discusses a study which investigated electrospun three-dimensional silk fibroin nanofibrous scaffold by developing new fabrication process with silk fibroin (SF) by electrospinning. The authors also evaluated the features of the SF nanofiber scaffold (SFNS) through the morphological and cell-culture analyses. It was observed that Foam type of the SFNS exhibited high porosity as well as large pores.
