Abstract
- The article presents research which focused on the protection of classified information and criminal defendants rights. The authors explore the different aspects of the Classified Information Procedures Act in the U.S. relating to criminal prosecution. According to them, the law was approved and enacted by the 96th U.S. Congress to offer uniform procedures for prosecutions involving classified data.
