Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 72-year-old woman with persistent circulating malignant T-cell clone and was treated with alemtuzumab. The patient was advised to undergo high dose chemotherapy and radiotherapy (HDT) with autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) (HDT-ASCT) considering the poor prognosis of T-cell lymphomas. Furthermore, the efficacy of alemtuzumab in treating circulating clonal T-cell lymphomas before cell mobilization and transplantation is discussed.
