Supporting researchers: mentoring and awards of the Journal.

The author reflects on the need for mentoring by "European Child and Adolescent Psychiatry's" (ECAP's) reviewers and editors to the authors of research. He notes that mentoring could improve the ECAP publications and the quality of research on child and adolescent psychiatry (CAP) like the study on the psychoactive drugs use among adolescents. Meanwhile, he mentions the ECAP-attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)-Paper of the Year 2010 award.
