Abstract
- The article discusses a study on the mechanical properties and particle distribution of nano-calcium carbonate (CaCO<subscript>3</subscript>)/ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM)/polypropylene (PP) with high content of nano-CaCO<subscript>3</subscript>. It examines the impact strength, interfacial tension, and phase morphology of the ternary composite. Moreover, the scanning electron microscope images show existence of nano fibrils at the interface between nano-CaCO3 agglomerates and matrix.
