Abstract
- The article discusses a study that examined a pilling formation called rapid pilling test (RPT) by abrading lyocell and viscose knitted fabrics with short cycles in the wet state. A variety of wetting agents were used to immerse the samples. Results of the study showed that RPT was feasible in a wet state with short cycles. According to the study, the two key factors during test performance that RPT was able to fulfill are test of material in the wet state and reduced testing time.
